Delivery prices fall in to these brackets:

  • Orders up to £15 - delivery cost of £5.00
  • Orders between £16 and £40 - delivery cost of £9.00
  • Orders between £41 and £100 - delivery cost of £10.00
  • Orders between £101 and £250 - delivery cost of £30
  • Orders over £250 - delivery cost of £50

Delivery charges are for mainland UK only, we send to other locations but you will need to contact us for a quotation first especially if you are in the following post code locations: AB, HS,IV,KA,KW,PA,PH,TR,ZE.

Orders are dispatched each working day and will normally be sent out the day following an order being placed subject to it being in stock, but please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. If an urgent order is required please call us so we can make sure we can fulfill your order. Delivery is normally next working day following dispatch of your goods. They will be sent either by our courier or the Royal Mail.

When you have placed an order for Deluxe Housing, we will contact you when your unit has been made and ready to be dispatched, delivery can take up to 4 days (after manufacture) We send these units out via pallet courier.

If you need a Deluxe House to be urgently manufactured, we can normally accommodate requests. Please call us!

When you receive goods ordered from The Chicken House Company, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting from the day AFTER the goods were delivered. Please note 7 working days does not include public holidays or weekends.

We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification that you wish to cancel the order. This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. We will only refund the cost of the goods and the original carriage cost.

You must return the goods to The Chicken House Company, or make them freely available for collection by our appointed courier. If you do not freely return the goods, at your cost, to The Chicken House Company then we may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund.

If you, the consumer, wishes to return goods, you will return them at your own cost, we will only refund the return carriage if the goods are faulty or are incorrect. Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.
